All items listed online are available for Click & Collect from our Torquay warehouse. Simply select this option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

For smaller items that fit within Australia Post parcel sizes:

3. Fragile & Oversized Items
Melbourne Metro & Surrounds (Up to 50km Radius)
Fragile or oversized items will be sent via Courier:

Shipping Fee: $39.95
- Includes areas such as the Surf Coast, Bellarine, and Geelong.
Beyond Melbourne Metro (Over 50km Radius)
Oversized items requiring delivery beyond Melbourne Metro will be shipped via TNT or DHL:
- Once you place your order, we’ll provide a custom shipping quotation.
- If you would like to arrange your own transportation, please include this request in the order notes.
4. Interstate & Oversized Deliveries
For interstate or large-item deliveries, we will contact you after purchase with a shipping quote from TNT or DHL.
- If the shipping cost makes your purchase unfeasible, we offer a full refund.
